Ergonomics

HEROCK® collections are not just made to look good while you work; their primary purpose is to protect you from external factors and physical injuries. Of course, it's also important that your clothing optimally protects your body from the physical strain you put on your muscles and joints. Carrying toolboxes, building materials, and other equipment can put a significant burden on your body. That's why our designers ensure that crucial areas in trousers or jackets are extra reinforced to relieve as much pressure as possible from your joints and muscles. We achieve this, for example, by distributing the weight of tools and other work instruments as much as possible, so that no single body part is overloaded. These designs also ensure that you don't have to make unnatural movements while using your equipment. We use techniques and fabrics from top sports to make the clothing feel as ergonomic as possible; after all, the efforts of a craftsman are often just as intensive as those of a real top athlete!

Design

The HEROCK® workwear collection is designed by a creative and experienced Belgian team. They closely monitor every step of the production process with our own production team in Asia. From the design on paper to a finished product in packaging. Our products are the result of years of experience and a constant search for improvement and practical needs. The collection consists of 6 basic colors (black, grey, blue, brown, green, and white), to which we have added some trendy colors to enhance the overall look. This allows an entire team, both men and women, to be dressed in the same uniform outfit. This further highlights the image of everyone's company. There is a suitable color for every job, and additionally, the products are available in up to 14 different sizes. Every product is subjected to high-quality requirements. That is why we work with high-quality labels and brands such as Cordura®, YKK®, Wasa®, Pro-reforce, Coolmax®, Flex 2000, Flexfit®, and Meryl®.

Environment

A heart for the environment and social commitment is not an added value for HEROCK®, but a standard norm and vision that every product must meet. Therefore, we always ensure that our production processes are ethically responsible. We do this by making a conscious choice when it comes to matters such as suppliers, raw materials, and the workshops where our clothing is made. Anyone who chooses a product from one of our collections can therefore get to work with peace of mind. HEROCK® is committed to delivering a quality product at a fair price without engaging in matters such as child labor or inhumane conditions. HEROCK® therefore closely monitors the production processes, and our quality control teams visit each of our factories individually to check the progress of these processes. All our products are manufactured according to European guidelines.
