Complaints

Sometimes things go wrong, it's not ideal, but we'll solve it together! How? Contact our customer service by phone or email as soon as possible, and we'll issue a credit, find your order, suggest an alternative – whatever you prefer. If you send a complaint by email, we will let you know how we will help you within a few working days.

Complaints and disputes
Dutch law applies to all our agreements. The competent Dutch court has jurisdiction to hear all disputes that may arise from the agreement between Workwearwebshop.nl and the other party, in conjunction with other bodies. You must always report complaints about your order to us in writing within 14 days.
